Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from southern Spain using tracked Correos services.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by destination:
- Spain: 3–5 working days
- European Union: 3–7 working days
- United Kingdom: usually 4–7 working days, but may take up to 10 working days due to customs
- USA & Canada: 5–10 working days
- Rest of World: 5–10 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during December.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on destination:
- Spain, United Kingdom & European Union: free tracked shipping
- USA & Canada: $26 flat rate per order, tracked delivery
- Rest of World: shipping is calculated at checkout
All shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.
Are your bags handcrafted?
Yes. Each bag is handcrafted by artisans. Small variations in colour and finish are part of the natural character of the piece.
What packaging do you use?
Your bag is placed inside a cotton storage bag and shipped in a secure, protective box to ensure it arrives safely.
Do you offer gift notes?
Yes. If your order is a gift, you may request a small note at checkout.
What is your returns policy?
Unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact me before returning an item so I can provide instructions.
